2013 SHI
Registration Details
The deadline for regular registration is June 15, 2013. For registration after June 15, please inquire as registration will be determined by space availability only. Registration includes a completed registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your space. The balance is due on July 1st, 2013. Harpists applying for advanced Week 2, 3 and/or the 2013 European Institute must include an audition CD or DVD. Click here for repertoire requirements.
Accommodations
Students who do not reside in the Richmond area will be placed with a host family, usually a local harp family. Arrangements will be made to match each boarding student with accommodations. For families wishing to travel with their child, information on local hotels can be provided.
For MSHI, students who do not reside in the Frederick area will board either with host families or in the host church's nearby parish house. These arrangements will be finalized based on the final numbers of institute registrants. Minimum age for boarding students is 12.

Harps
Lever and pedal harps will be provided on a first-come; first-served basis.
Age
All applicants must be between the ages of 7 and 18 as of 1/1/2013. The minimum age for boarding students is 12 as of 1/1/2013. The minimum age for European Institute participants is 14 as of 7/1/2013.
Other deadlines
Once accepted, unless notification of withdrawal from the Institute is received in writing by 6/1/2013, the student and parent/guardian are considered legally responsible for payment of fees in full. All fees must be paid in full by 7/1/2013.
