The AYHE was pleased to welcome Sivan Magen to Richmond on October 28th for a masterclass. Sivan also performed on October 29th at First Unitarian Church, 1000 Blanton Avenue, Richmond.
Sivan Magen is the first Israeli to have ever won the first prize of the International Harp Contest in Israel (2006), and is a recent winner of the Pro Musicis International Award in New York. read more

The AYHE, in partnership with the American Harp Society D.C. Chapter, was pleased to welcome renowned harpist Alice Giles to Richmond on October 10-11th, and to Washington, D.C. on October 12-13th, 2011. Alice Giles has been celebrated as one of the world’s leading harp soloists. The Australian-born musician first attracted international notice when she won First Prize in the 8th Israel International Harp Contest at the age of 21. read more
