The American Youth Harp Ensemble Announces Carnegie Hall Preview Concerts and a Carnegie Hall TourThe American Youth Harp Ensemble, directed by Lynnelle Ediger, is pleased to announce its third Carnegie Hall appearance March 4, 2012 and a series of Carnegie preview concerts to give area audiences the opportunity to hear the complete program.
The concert repertoire will include stunning arrangements of West Side Story by Bernstein, 'Anitra's Dance' from Peer Gynt Suite No. 1 by Grieg, 'Jupiter' from The Planets by Holst, 'The Great Gate of Kiev' from Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky, 'The Aquarium' from The Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens and the ensemble's signature piece, 'Malaguena' from the Andalucia Suite by Lecuona to name a few highlights.
